Workforce Composition

We realize that a rich diversity of racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations and points of view contributes to the creativity of the Foundation’s thinking and to its effectiveness with communities, clients and leaders. We seek to create and maintain a diverse staff at all levels and to show sensitivity to and respect for differences in all our personal, professional and business relationships on behalf of the Foundation. We also seek to use our grant making and consulting resources in an equitable manner, reflecting our commitment to all aspects of diversity.

The presentation below provides data on our staff composition for 2016. Data will be updated semiannually.
